Between getting old (I hear it thins your blood) and losing 111 lbs I'm ALWAYS freezing. Even in 80 degree temps. I have just learned to always bring a sweater everywhere. LOL! :laugh:

:happy: I did. I'm at 105 lost, with another 25 to go to reach my goal. Picture was sometime after -100. NO SURGERY here.

The other day I squeezed into a size 16 jeans, and actually zipped and buttoned them. My highest size in jeans was a 24W (and they had spandex in them) !!, into a 14/16 or XL top from a 26/28. And my belt is a useless piece of leather. Y'all are outstanding!! :flowerforyou:

Regardless of having to lose weight or not, it's time for everyone to just eat healthier. My fiance doesn't need to lose weight, but both of us needed to start to eat healthier. So it just works out that what I cook for me..is healthier for him too! Make sense? Good luck! :happy:

Subway is my fast food joint of choice. I usually stick with the turkey breast/oven roasted chicken..with no cheese or dressing on 6 in multigrain wheat. Yep, you need to "hear the click" to even seriously start the life change, but, having the ability to read about others going thru the difficulties, challenges and triumphs helps to keep one on track, in my opinion. :happy:

I add unsweetened applesauce with a little cinnamon or diced peaches no sugar added and eat it for lunch sometimes.
