  • No. Not a troll. I've been a member since 2012. I have never had surgery, so I had no idea about the swelling. I had a baby 10 weeks ago and gained a ton. I've always been active and obsessive. During my pregnancy I had complications that made it where I couldn't work out, and my cravings were insane. Having lost 23 lbs…

  • I did an 80 min run yesterday. I was up 4 lbs today (I only consumed 1400 calories yesterday). I have no idea why the scale goes up when I run. How long does this last?
