I started it, did about half of it and had good results. The reason I stopped was because I didn't enjoy a lot of the combinations of videos and so I have went back to using their videos but I choose them myself.

Hi, Thanks yeah it does have a fair amount of strength training in it. I feel more toned which is good. Yeah I've been trying to add in HIIT through out the week to get my heart rate up. Thanks for the help :)

I am not looking forward to it heating up! I'm from Scotland and so not used to the heat plus our apartment doesn't have AC... We live near a lake though so that will be nice to walk around!

Ah thanks that's a good idea. The pool does have some free items but I haven't investigated them yet. I will do that next time :) I love swimming. I only stated going about 6 months ago in order to lose weight but I've found that I really love it and want to go back.

Thanks guys :) I had no idea my back had changed so much until I saw the photos. It was a great surprise. Haha I suppose I think it's small in comparison to a lot of the other success stories! Seeing the comparisons has spurred me on to keep going swimming and doing my cardio! :)

I use fitnessblender.com and mix up my workouts so I don't get bored. Also they vary in length so you can start off at a shorter time and work your way up :)
