I'm definitely a lot fitter than I've ever been and I'm really enjoying the strength training. I've been taking photos and…

Insanity making me hungry
People doing insanity are you always hungry?! I feel like I couldn't eat enough. I'm trying so hard to stick to my calories but it is getting difficult. I work until 8pm which means I'm not eating until 9/9.30. I have afternoon snacks of fruit, cheese sticks etc but it doesn't always help. Does anyone have any advice?

Fitness blender 8 week program calorie burn
Hey, I've been following the fitness blender 8 week program which I love but I've not been getting as high of a calorie burn (according to my HRM) as the program says I should get. A fair few of the workouts are stretches, weights and some other low impact and so I was wondering if the lower calorie burn reading may be…

Oh how times have changed!!
So my polar ft4 arrived today :) I had already done my workout for the day but I was so excited when it arrived that I decided to do more exercise :) I was glad to see that so far what I thought I have been burning is pretty accurate! So my success story is linked to the arrival of the HRM as it got me thinking about this…

Help - what kind of bean is this?
So I usually buy tinned chickpeas but the place where I buy them didn't have any and haven't done for a while (I live in a small town in Korea and it is the only shop I have seen them in). So I found what I thought were dried chickpeas and have soaked them over night, however I'm pretty sure they aren't chickpeas. Does…

The splits and bridge

Oven omelette
I am a HUGE fan of eggs but tend to stick to scrambling or frying them. Last night I looked up different ways to cook them and found this recipe http://allrecipes.com/recipe/oven-omelet/ Today I decided to make it for lunch however I did modify the recipe quite a bit (no potatoes or ham and I used one cheese slice instead…

Advice needed from swimmers
Hi, I currently swim for just over an hour, three times a week. During that time I swim 70 lengths (front crawl). In order to continue losing weight should I increase my stroke length or frequency? I don't want to have to swim for longer, I need the swim to be more intense. How do I do this? I live in Korea and as far as I…

Eggs
I need help - I think I'm addicted to eggs! I've always loved them but recently I've been eating way too many. I have scrambled eggs (2 eggs) pretty much every day for lunch... Can anyone suggest an alternative for me? Preferably something that is good on toast/on a roll etc. I know bread isn't the best blah blah blah but…

Daily exercise
I was just wondering how much time you spend exercising per day. I tend to work out for roughly 30 minutes in the morning and then another 30 minutes at night. On average I am burning about 500 calories per day using fitness blender and an exercise DVD ( these are very rough estimates though!) Is this enough or should I do…
