Hey, I lost 48 pounds in Korea and moved back home at the beginning of October. So far I have maintained back home. It was really hard at first because I just wanted to eat all the amazing breads, cheeses and other Western food that I had missed! Now Im back into a routine and I have found foods which suit my diet here. I…

Hi, I did fitnessblender videos for a while. Google it - theyre all free and have different lengths, types of exercises etc. I love them. After a while I decided to do the 30DS. I had good results with that and I liked having a program to follow, although I did get bored of each level after ten days of it! After that I…

I was it roughly once a week. I will try washing it again tonight and see if that helps. Thanks

I'm 23 and nearly finished month one of the programme. The scale has not moved at all since starting but my cardio is improving everyday and I'm seeing more muscle definition.
-
I too did 30ds as a build up to insanity. I didn't mind level 1, but found level two much more challenging and then but level 3 I was getting bored. That being said I did enjoy the changes I experienced during it! I lost a lot of inches and my muscle definition improved. I started insanity a week after I finished 30ds (I…

I've been living in South Korea since last September. I head back to Scotland in 7 weeks though. The food here has been a challenge. They're not so veggie friendly and I miss a lot of things from back home, however it has been a fantastic experience. As for the language I'm ashamed to say I can only read korean, I cannot…

It looked delicious! I miss the food I was eating back in Scotland. I just can't get most of it in Korea.

Hi, I'm half way through week 3. Add me if you want.

I guess I just don't know what to add to my day. I'm not a fan of nuts so they're out, and I'm vegetarian. I live in Korea and feel limited by choice here (maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places, but I do live in a small town with little variety in shops).

I should add that I'm worried about increasing my calories (they are set at 1300 and I eat back exercise calories) as I know I would find it hard to make the right choices. If I up them I'd be more tempted by high cal, low nutrient options. I need will power I know.

I am only now starting to notice a change with mine. The 30DS helped a bit but 2.5 weeks into Insanity and I am already noticing some changes. The saggy pouch part isn't so pouchy or saggy any more! Just keep working out and eating correctly and it will move.

I'm at the beginning of week 3 of insanity. Feel free to add me :)

I'm booked in to run at 9.30 am. If anyone from here is going let me know :)
-
That challenge sounds fun! I'm going paragliding this weekend :) I can't wait! Cool. I've still not booked color me rad. It is going to be a pain to get there. Myself and the people who might be going work until 8.30pm, then we would still need to get all the way up to Seoul and incheon is so far out! I think it would be…

If you don't feel confident with Insanity use fitnessblender.com. I started off with that and had great results! They have so many videos and they also have 8 week programmes. It helped give me confidence in my fitness. After using those videos I have now moved on to insanity. Add me if you want.

I was stuck in the 170s for what felt like forever!!! What got me out of it was realising that I had become complacent when it came to logging. I was still logging all of my main meals and snacks, but was mindlessly eating an Oreo, or drinking a few extra glasses of milk (I love milk), or was just picking at random things.…

Thanks for your message. I'm glad I'm not the only one who wanted to throw up during plyo circuit! I guess I will have to grit my teeth and work through the pain! I can't wait to be further a head so I know what to expect etc. good luck with the rest of insanity.
-
I started it on Monday. I'm pretty sore after it but I'm sure it will get results. Add me if you want.
-
It's great that there are a few of us who started at the same time :) I did not enjoy the plyo circuit! The push-up combination thing was a killer! I just don't have the speed. Hopefully in a few weeks I will be better.
-
Hey, I just started it yesterday. Feel free to add me :)
