Daily exercise

I was just wondering how much time you spend exercising per day. I tend to work out for roughly 30 minutes in the morning and then another 30 minutes at night. On average I am burning about 500 calories per day using fitness blender and an exercise DVD ( these are very rough estimates though!) Is this enough or should I do more? The majority of this is cardio btw

    2-a-days are fine, but you could burn out if you do this long term. But this looks fine, maybe try to incorporate some strength training into your routine.
