Today I made shrimp scampi with roasted cherry tomatoes and put it on top of sauteed zucchini instead of pasta. With the amount of pasta I used to eat, this swap saves me a couple hundred calories- and it's delish :)

CW 202- My digital scale keeps going between 201.2 and 202 this morning- so I'll count it as 202. Lost a little more than a pound- disappointed that it wasn't more- did a lot of exercise and was careful about my food. Oh well- we'll see what this week brings- thinking I'll have a good week. Hi- I just bought Turbofire on Friday- it's coming next Thursday and I can't wait. I'm 50lbs overweight but I'm going to give it a good shot. I used to do Taebo and really liked it- I'm hoping Turbofire is similar to Taebo but with better music :laugh: I'm sure you can do it! Just listen to your body and don't push it too…
