I'm very frustrated, I continue to exercise and I'm following low carb approach and staying at or under my calories- but no progress showing on the scale.:sad:0 -
Didn't lose a pound this week. I only lost 0.88. Bummer.

Tough week, didn't really loose any weight maybe .5 lb. I am going to focus on calories in and calories out this week. I am at the weight that I couldn't get beyond last year and became discouraged but I am going to focus and try to push through. If the contestants on the Biggest Loser can only lose a couple of pounds a week with all their exercise I shouldn't get discouraged too quickly.0

Just lost a lb...i knew this was going to happen after a big loss a few weeks in a row
Does anyone else struggle with weekends? i feel like my lowest weight during the week is either thursday or friday and then i eat a little more on weekends which causes a little water weight so when mondays come its a pretty much eat as little as i can day. oh well heres to another lb next week!

I'm hoping by 1/31 I will weigh 179.2 which will make me 4 lbs for the month which will put me on track for the 1lb/week :happy:0

Thankfully this week, I was down. I managed to lose the 2 pounds I gained last week, plus another 3 for a total of 5 pounds lost this week. Congrats to everyone who lost. To everyone - keep up the good work. Remember - Slow is Smooth. Smooth is Fast.

I'm not 100% how accurate this is because I switched scales. My other scale was giving inconsistent readings (first it told me I lost weight, then it told me I gained 1 lb, then it told me I gained 2 lbs) all in the course of three minutes. I pulled out the other scale which gave me several consistent readings, so I decided I needed to switch scales. Because of that, who knows how accurate the last results were.. But I'll be sticking with the new scale numbers from here on out.0
