Ugh!!!! I am going in the wrong direction! I am still down 4.2 and before I would had given up by now. I must reflect and be honest what is really going in my mouth and EXERCISE!!!! It's been cold here and I could give you a million excuses but I just have to move more than what is going in my mouth!!!!! I still feel successful even though I gained .2! I am still on this journey for the rest of my life!!!!0 -

I lost 1.5 pounds this week. I am so relieved that really sticking to healthy foods and my calorie limit WORKED... I was a bit nervous, since I had been stalled for so long, and then ended up gaining most of the weight back! It's gratifying to be rewarded for good behavior.0

I lost 2.8 lb this week! I have been stalled for 3 weeks and was reading on the message boards that I was basically starving myself by not eating back the calories I burned on exercise days. I also went over to the APPS tab and found out my basal metabolic rate BMR. I am slowly working up to eat above my BMR daily to help get my metabolism going again. I also changed my GOALS to increase how many calories I am eating and I went back to only working out 3 days a week.
I feel so much happier that I am eating more, feeling better and still loosing weight.0 -
