Good morning! Other than Bananas having quite a bit of carbs, I don't think you should eliminate these things completely. Eating doesn't make us fat, deprivation does. (not saying you or anyone would binge but it's not unheard of) Allow controlled quantities of these things. I've always hear everything in moderation.

I have, that is why I joined Curves for women in 2003. Shortly after I joined I started working there and had the best experience of my life! I've lost 100 lbs there but put it all back on after leaving in 2009 due to health issues. However I'm determined to do it once again.
