  • My opinion is to keep giving yourself goals to achieve, that obviously have rules. I wouldn't stop doing that. The objective is to keep trying and start out by making them challenging but also realistic to what your able to do with your schedule etc..   • That's great! Sticking with it is definitely the key. It's no doubt hard at times but if we all overcome those weeks and days that challenge us we will reach our goals. Good job!

  • It goes by so quick. I didnt do hardly enough with my two boys and now they are teenagers. I never had enough energy, hurt to run around and keep up with them etc. Too many excuses i know and i should of done something years ago.
