I don't put in the complete time I workout. Example: if I run/walk for an hour, I will put 30 minutes into MFP.

I am using machines and I eat back my calories!

I only have about 40 total to lose, so I consider 10 lbs in about 3 months and keeping it off for a year, pretty good. The more weight you have to lose, the faster it comes off.

Thanks for the tips/encouragement! I'm in college and I work at a fast good joint so that doesn't help anything haha. Luckily I have grown tired of fast food and have started taking my own lunch and water (I hate city water, therefore when I'm at work I drink tea or other sugary drinks).
