There is a lot of reasons many of them emotional, and these are usually exacerbated by diet and the sedentary lifestyle that is becoming so common these days. Many regional diets don't help either.

If you eat back some of your exercise calories you should be alright though honestly it'll be difficult to go that low. I've got around 40ish to go and I'm set for only a lb a week

Weight fluctuates quite a bit through out the day. So this being said this is likely water weight or just natural fluctuation and not something to be concerned with I'm up 2 lbs also but I ate at a buffet last night for dinner.

My doctor said BMI with your body structure is a joke ignore it. I'm really short but really well endowed so I'm inclined to agree. BMI for my height is like 120 is the start of normal at 140 I look top heavy. Work with your doctor on a weight that is healthy for you in specific.

I can't do a full day fast my blood sugar is too unstable for that I've got a very small window where my blood sugar is stable and 16 hours has always been my limit before there are problems it is what is but this is actually a natural way for me to eat so yeah.

Weight fluctuates a lot over the course of a day. So this is likely water weight. Reintroducing processed foods does this. Don't worry and just go back to your normal diet you'll be fine in a few days.
