Go in and read some of the older blogs the Zelda work out is fun if your in good enough shape. Frankly I can't even do beginner body weight due to circumstances beyond my control.
-
Yes it is way too low you should be eating much more I'm 5'1 and about the weight you said you want to be at and eat 1300-1500 to lose to maintain I can eat around 2000. Also try adding in some veggies they are good for you after all.
-
I have a similar problem my solution was to practice a form of 16:8 IF. This way I can eat those big meals I like so much and still maintain my deficit as I'm not much of a morning eater just makes life easier for me. Add into that I'm casually vicious when in a good mood and no one really wants to deal with me when hungry.

On a side note for just tdee these two seem to be easier to understand. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ http://www.weightloss-calculator.net/

Mostly its just an easier way to restrict calories by keeping them with in a certain window of time. I'm not a morning eater, I accepted this a long time ago as in close to 15 years ago, eating in the morning just makes me hungry and cranky. So I don't eat though I'm not adverse to drinking some calories, this is my…

Per lb it takes more energy to just keep muscle going than fat, it also takes up less space.

I can't say much about an elliptical its one of the few cardio machines I actually like. I'll turn on one of my shows and go for an hour at a reasonable pace and speed up during the commercials.
-
Instead of elliptical why not give something like body weight a shot I personally despise cardio but like you I'm a student, computer support though, and spend several hours a day in class. Due to an injury I'm not allowed to lift, which is my preferred option, or put too much stress on my shoulder but I've added body…

I feel ya hun but at that age you may not lose much I lost a good 40 lbs about that age and my cleavage just stayed put. Fast forward 5 years and I just realized I'm not over flowing my bra, 38G, this morning its kinda trippy really.
-
I do IF but I can happily sit down and eat 2000 calories in an 8 hour window easily. I would def drop IF in your situation though.

Honestly I diet for weight loss. I do body weight for fitness and I kinda enjoy the whole jelly limbs feeling it makes me feel like I'm doing something, note it takes 4 miles of any kind of cardio to feel this. I don't do cardio because frankly I don't enjoy feeling like I'm about to have an asthma attack. This doesn't…

Diet is for weight loss exercise is for fitness. This being said find what works for you as an individual and do it.
-
Well I haven't gotten a 10lb reward yet and I'm considering downloading dragon quest 4 for my cell phone.
-
I tend to ignore people that do this kinda thing but this is mostly because I have a valid reason for the foods I avoid even if its just that I don't like them ie plain oatmeal yuck. Though for the oddest one I pull the allergy card, its technically not but the reaction is the same so yeah.
-
It goes away after a while I had legs of frickin steel for several years. You're at a healthy weight so I wouldn't worry about it too much, add in lifting if it really bothers you. And on that note as small as you are it really should be about body recomp not weight loss so I'd add in strength training anyways.

I couldn't tell you the last time i had 22 inch thighs it was probably middle school. Embrace the thighs honey this is what happens when you do sports like track and field or participate in marching band. And look on the bright side your legs and rear probably don't jiggle when you walk.
-
It was lovely to discover I'm an inch smaller than 2 weeks ago. Though I just started actually logging it.
-
Honestly I wouldn't be asking here I'd be asking my doctor.
-
Well if your looking for an approach to backing a dog off you could always buy a can of pet corrector, I think that's the name. It is basically canned air that admits a noise that dogs don't like usually backs em off.
-
Down 12 with a recent decision to say screw it and try to hit 130 so that bumped me up to just over 60 left to go.
-
I've always had fairly large thighs as in waistband is loose but thighs may not fit every time I've lost weight. Even at my littlest it was like that but I was climbing a lot of stairs and when I was in high school I did marching band, and freshman year I was being limited on how much I was allowed to squat and leg press…

Yes it'll get better it just takes time and desensitization mind my family's reaction to my near drowning was that it was time to start swimming lessons before I developed a phobia.
-
I do 16:8 myself but I don't work out fasted doesn't sit well with the time frame I have to work out being at the very end of my fasted cycle and my blood sugar getting low.
-
Mine stay as ever the same. Though with the current jigglyness that matches my stomach before I lose like 3 lbs, I'm having some hopes that I'll lose a little bit there. This being said its mostly genetics that determines where you lose and how much.
-
Bootcut is your friend
-
I practice it and it works well for me. I will warn you be very aware of what your body is doing blood sugar etc. However it does make it easier for me as I'm not spreading out my 1670 calories over 16 hours just 8-9.
-
Unless there is an actual medical reason to watch your sugar levels then I wouldn't worry about it too much.
-
I mix intermittent fasting with calorie counting but that's mostly cause I'd prefer to eat a few big meals in the after noon than eat small meals all day and be hangry all day. Never been much of a morning eater and eating first thing just leaves me hungry.
-
Muscle does indeed way more than fat tho this is more likely water retention. If it really concerns you a lot see your doc for a full panel if not give it time.

I've worked in restraunts off and on for years and I'm practically OCD about hand washing, hand sanitizer (i brought my own bottle when i was with hardee's to put in my prep area), and gloves but that's a personal preference having an issue with the smell of raw meat. This being said most restruants are very good about…
