  • I hit a liter to a liter and a half not including the 15 oz energy drink in the morning daily. Mostly because my water bottle is .5 L so I can measure that easier. This being said you don't need to you get fluids from everything you drink and a lot of what you eat as well and this helps with hydration.

  • I don't see a problem with fast food. I still eat it and lose fine mind I tend to avoid the breakfast potatoes preferring the options that have apples or something but that's just my personal preference.

  • No not really I eat what I want in moderation. If I go over well I usually have enough extra from the week that it doesn't matter overly much. If I want to eat rib eye steak I will eat that steak and feel no guilt what so ever, I rarely eat enough protein as it is.
  • Ok its giving a total to eat to as you add exercise mostly cardio it adds back extra calories to eat this being said it tends to over estimate so I'd eat about half of what I log. And If eat below 1200 in a day you get that message.
  • I've lost 12 lbs and relatively speaking I'm not looking to lose much but walking is great gentle exercise as is swimming. I've been doing body weight squats and calf raises, want my legs from high school back, and plan to add in planks and push ups soon then when I can afford it I'm planning to join a gym for lifting.
