There were several videos when I was kid you can find em at best buy or the like I think even beach body has one. Or take a class Groupon usually has several for schools in your area if nothing else you'll learn proper form in those.

Then maybe it's time to change the voice in your head? Instead of saying "I'm bad at this so it's not worth it," try saying "I go to this class and I get better at __ while having fun."
-
Why not instead of looking at it as exercise find something you enjoy be that baseball basket ball karate or ball room dancing and then "I'm doing this for me and my enjoyment." Then it becomes something you look forward to each week instead of the downer that exercise is for you.

Just started. Feel it would be a nice supplement to my mma training and help cut weight for my competition this spring.
-
That second part isn't necessarily true if they are being taken for reasons other than weightloss. Plus the other side effects are horrible, I don't know how a normal person reacts (I've been on them for the treatment of adhd) but I barely slept and was jittery and tired at the same time all the time.
-
Mma green belt here but my schools striking is kenpo. I don't train for weight loss but it doesn't hurt and the extra Iim doing in preparation for my grappling tournament is helping.
-
There is also bodyweight routines that require no up front cost except for maybe a book nerd fitness has a nice beginner routine and there also you are your own gym and convict conditioning.

I have a recumbent for when it rains which is nice and I've found some interesting work out times but honestly I prefer to just walk my dog for cardio.
-
I'm adult onset with exercise as a trigger I take 2 spaced out puffs on the rescue before mma starts and a 3rd if I need it during class with a short break usually a min or so then back in the game.
-
A new bjj gi (I plan to start competing in spring) and for someone to dig the recumbent bike outta the shed so I have an option for cardio when it rains.
-
Currently training once a week in Kemp striking and once a week in bjj this is changing in Jan when my schools set up is changing to an hour twice a week for full on mma with 45 min after focused on gi grappling. X_x that's gonna hurt.

Me I train

This may sound odd but the skin care regime that keeps my skin issues to a minimum is a gentle soap without sulfates an acv toner and olive oil in place of lotion. Otherwise I break out and get really irritated skin.
-
Lord I miss my legs from the marching band days.
-
Are you drinking water during the workout? And enough before the workout?
-
50lbs is possible without exercise. My exercise goals revolve around martial arts training ie lifting to be stronger, mixed cardio so I can grapple longer lots of stretching so that stupid key lock doesn't hurt as much etc.
-
Depends on goals.
-
I've got zombiesrun and love the story I however need to get new shoes before I can hit the pavement or a track again. The open spot between buildings at my college is looking inviting.
-
Some of the kempo schools do weapons training.
-
I like zombies run for my rare cardio sessions but zen labs if it's on ios is good also
-
I haven't managed to get it connect but I've never tried seriously
-
Mma
-
I train mma so mines kind of a mixed bag during my classes this being said I need to start lifting and running *grimace* again if I want to compete
-
We are pretty much weaned on it my folks would use it to keep me interested in the much hated pacifier. Mind you my parents also gave me jerky sticks to teeth on so that truly might just be my family.
-
When I'm dropping weight I'm the whack job waiting tables in a long sleeve shirt in august. I'm cold natured but it's only that bad then.
-
I've always eaten a single pouch being well aware it's 2 servings even now but usually I use em to make a cheap spaghetti or boil in leftover chicken and some veggies. Made a nice cube steak parm thing today out of em.
-
I kinda wish I had moved the one on my outer calf a touch lower or angled it slightly one of the lines hits a muscle crease when flexed but it hasn't changed no matter how big or small I've been
-
Hydrate otherwise I get headaches and dizzy spells during the exercise itself
-
Sulfate free shampoo helps a ton I'm a natural red with a tendency to dye purple/black into it. Dry shampoo is also a god send.
-
I don't usually run but we do warm ups for my mma class that doubles as conditioning the closest thing to a cool down we get is grappling and sparring tho some of us stretch afterwards for cool down and head kick potential.
