Google mark Henry and say John Cena both are strong they have to be but mark Henry isn't known as the world's strongest man for nothing. I think he might still be the record holder in a few lifts.

Well I'm not going to say I'm over training grappling 3 days in a row this week but I'm certainly going to feel this Thursday morning. Specially as I'm still exhausted from the doubles over the weekend.

I took it for migraines once upon a time the migraine went away but was back even worse 8 hrs later... otherwise it did nothing for me. Later it was determined what the root cause of my migraines were so that is being treated instead of the migraines.

Exercise helps a ton for type 2 and I swear it is the easiest change to make. Another is cutting out sugared drinks. I'm down to 1 energy drink a day when I'm in class (coffee is not enough) or have an early work day the rest is water. These 2 changes got me out of pre diabetic tho I still get blood work done once a year…

I cut all caffeine save for one coffee flavored monster a day but I don't get enough sleep.

Seriously considering a switch since my local is 24 hrs and the golds isn't and I only go for cardio as I hate running but that flat spot up the way is starting to look like a good spot for hiit sprints. I have free weights at home that no gym in my area has.

There's couch 2 5k for running and several beginner programs I'm waffling between starting strength and strong lifts currently to supplement mma training.

I'm sitting at 140 as target (130 is to allow for the upward movement of switching to maintanence and for purposes of seeing if I can healthy get close to my desired fight weight.) This is also where my doc thinks I'd have the most success convincing the insurance companies to fund a particular surgery.

No I'd honestly rather practice hip tossing the guy in class who's like 3 of me O.O he's awesome and would let me o:) but I'm not there yet. The one I'm looking at does the oly bar and plates I'd use belong to my dad and he's Gung ho safety first type with lifting.

At 5'1 my pants are a size 14 women's goal is to be a size 10 maybe an 8 if my thunder thighs cooperate, they never really have before bit I can dream lol.

I'm the opposite I have to refrain from exercising during crunch times I'm one that wil walk till I can't anymore and have to call someone to get me. So make sure you don't go in the other direction.

It is very easy to hide extra veggies in sauces and chili ooh try Hungarian goulash tons of veggies and fun elbow noodles could even do the funny colored healthy pasta wheels.

Supposedly according to a challenge at work I've lost like 9 lbs in 3 weeks but honestly I was popped high the high day mmm country ham. I'll believe closer to 5 lbs which is what my scale has been showing in the same time.
