Okay, I lost 3 lbs last week and this week I was up two ounces - SORRY!!!! I am going to workout tonight and for the remainder of the week to make up for it. I'm going to really try hard.

Maybe you just need to try a little at a time; cutting sugar completely out of your diet is very good but somewhat harsh and now your body may be rebelling; and I really can't say I blame it.
