  • I try to eat at least half - depending how hungry I am. But if I am not really hungry - I at least try and eat half of my calories.
  • Who cares if you lost a pound, gained a pound or maintained - the only person you have to answer to is yourself - so do what you want to do; if you are afraid, then don't do it. Remember this is all about YOU.
