it is a workout....depending on the classes offered, taking the introduction class or beginner classes are perfect for someone new to working out....per my experience, my intro class was a lot of strectching, learning basic steps, and finding your "sexy"....your abs, legs and arms will feel it .....but it really was a lot…

keep it up...I know exactly how you feel.....I finally took baby steps of jogging on the treadmill too.....20 mins is doing damn fine :-)

me too...but I joined the rec center which is about 10 mins from my job and go workout on my lunch breaks..........it makes me feel more energized to get through the last few hours of the work day :wink:
