  • Keep at it, I'm struggling to be consistent. I can have a few great days then fall off the wagon. Any tips out there? I seem to be really good during the day but once I get home it falls apart with late evening meals and little to no exercise
  • I agree salsa is lovely with brown rice
  • I agree about it being misleading on the treadmill. I've got a Fitbit and Weight Watchers pedometer and they both give different readings on the treadmill. I've taken to using "Runkeeper" on my outdoor runs and it works well
