  • You said it yourself. It's laziness. When you finally have the realization that you want to really WANT to lose that extra weight, you will know that with diet you SHOULD be exercising. You have to have the drive. I was in your spot before. Thinking that dieting would do the trick. Eating less of the food that I love but…
  • I watched this show in a few days because I loved it so much. Great show, I'm glad Netflix and friends pushed it on me to watch it. Hopefully more seasons will be in the works!
  • This thread makes me smile. I have been working out at home lately and going to the gym on days I know I will not find the new years resolutioners there (like a friday or saturday evening). My gym is pretty small. Common courtesy to me is if you are going to start coming to the gym.... Meet with one of the staff and let…
  • Hey I'm Alex... Started 30DS 2 weeks ago. Taking it slow, getting my endurance going. There was just no way I could do this workout every single day when I first started, my body wasn't used to it and I was sore! But, it's getting much easier on level 1 now. Looking forward to level 2. Lost 3 pounds so far. Starting…
  • I just started it myself, and I have to agree that my legs were wobbly right after this workout. The I love the feel of the burning muscles while doing the workout, and well as the achy muscles the next day. (If I don't feel it the next day, I'm not working hard enough.) I can't wait to see how I feel after Month 1.
  • Good to know. I just started the 30DS and I'm currently on day two. I was unsure of what category it would fall under when logging.
  • ^ Ditto. It's better off you saw the real person he is. Shallow. His girl being a trophy is more important to him than actually connecting with her.
  • I went to Supplement Superstore and when I was telling the guy that works there about how my daily multivitamin makes me nauseous he told me that I should try buying multi-vitamin capsules not tablets. I told him I take the adult gummies and he said a lot of times the gummies are baked, and they tend to lose some of the…
  • I hear ya, I'm the same way with my coffee. Have to have it. If I don't...it's in your best interest to keep a distance from me. :grumble: I used to do the full on creamer and sugar, until I changed my eating habit and realized I was drinking way to many calories. But I've gotten used to my Sugar Free - French Vanilla…
  • When I read your post I thought of this joke: Q: How can you tell if someone is a vegetarian? A: Don't worry...They'll tell you. They will always make a point to tell people...they don't eat meat. That's exactly what your friend was doing, on facebook.
  • What kind of bee makes milk? A Boobie! Hehe.
  • Yeah, I think I had one or two friends on my last account. I think that might have been a problem. I figured this time around I would try something different and become friends with people who are trying to do the same thing as I am. I think that will help keep the motivation.
  • I agree...when I see people (like yourself) that are succeding at their weight loss, it really does give you hope and that urge to push and work harder at your own goals. Thanks for the add!
  • Same here. I lost 17 lbs earlier this year using MFP. I went into the hospital for a week in May, and after healing (which meant no excercise and eating no-so-healthy food) I was mad at the pounds I gained and kind of lost that motivation I had earlier this year. I haven't gained all the weight I lost back yet....but I'm…
