Interesting topic! I too have wondered about this over the years. My endo claims my dosage/function won't affect my weight that much. I've been on 100 mcg for years now and still battling my weight or yoyo'ing I should say! Good Luck to you all!

Interesting! I'd not heard of water fasting other than perhaps religious related. I do IF so this sounds like a good Monday activity to try :) All water Monday.

I adore cheese. If I could cut cheese from my diet, that would solve 1/2 of my issues. The shredded cheese I put on most of my meals is 200 cal! :(

I feel ya, I'm so the same. I've tried different methods to combat over the years but the only thing that's worked for me is Intermittent Fasting. I've always wondered about the working out at the end of the fasting period... that's so awesome that you do it. I've always tried but find that 95% of the time I have no energy and am so excited to eat :) so skip the workout :( I need to get over that hump. I really do think that is key, awesome job!

I agree the daily weigh-ins mess me up. I'm too sensitive to the daily, sometimes hourly :), fluctuations with the scale that I've finally realized mentally I can't handle the daily weigh ins.

Thanks all... I try not to eat any "light" food. Only full fat, non-artificial, but I appreciate all the ideas. I also have this issue with cashews :) Why are some foods so extra addicting!? Maybe I should've titled this how to stop me from busting into pre-packaged portions that are supposed to be saved for another day.…

haha, yes, I know...it's a tough one! I love my popcorn and can't stop eating it. I try portion control, package it up, etc..but I always seem to find the second container...or third. :)
