Tracking use of Simply Fit Board

Good morning MFP - I've been trying to use my "Simply Fit Board" lately and questioning how others have entered this as far as tracking exercise. Let me know if you have any thoughts or if you had success incorporating this into your workout plan. Thanks!

    I would just enter it as a custom cardio workout. Do you have a HRM?

    Depending on how vigorously you're working, 5-7 cals per minute is a safe realistic estimate for most exercises that aren't full body cardio.

    Thanks all! Ya, I've experimented a bit using my garmin and entering/tracking different ways. Just thought there might be someone out there too that was thinking same!
