Trying to improve eating habits to keep your family healthy is hardly being a food nazi. Try making the healthier dinners look more appetizing / kid friendly for your daughter. Just by typing " kid friendly food " into google… tons of ideas come up.

Dole Dippers…. banana slices covered in dark chocolate.. so good or skinny cow single serve ice cream. perfect way not to over indulge.

Spinich Smoothie with Avocado and Apple 1 1/2 cups apple juice 2 cups stemmed and chopped spinach or kale 1 apple—unpeeled, cored, and chopped 1/2 avocado, chopped puree while adding water for consistency of your liking... its SO GOOD. I also like to put avocado in my tuna with salsa.. YUM

i LOVE my coffee. never will i give it up. i drink it black. i also love lattes so i will have a latte as a treat once a week if i go to the gym that day.

yes! I use wonton wrappers to make mini-tacos. i made them once for an appetizer for a family get-to-gether and now its my staple that i bring to every party. my family loves them especially the kids. I make it with lean ground turkey.. DELISH!

i would say both. you definetly have to want it for yourself for you to acheive your goals. but my husband is my biggest motivator.

Ecco shoes are AMAZING. they have a polyeurethane sole so they last forever..their trainers are the best shoe ever, really versatile. running, walking, gym use etc.

Pepsi and pasta!!! i know, i know.. "everything in moderation" but those two i cant.. ill eat 3 servings of pasta.. its a problem.

i always pre-log my food. if i change my meals later or eat more, i always adjust my food diary. its just easier for me, helps me count my calories before i start cooking to ensure i dont go over my calories.

ugh! i totally know what you mean! i was/am still the "fat friend"... my friends dont see me as that, but i totally do.. heres to changing all that in 2013!! :)

not sure if it aids weight loss but it is delicious!! and a lot better than any sodas or high sugar juices!
