last week was 95.6 kg this week I am 94.8 kg lost 0.8 kg I lost about 6 kg during the biggest loser thank you for the support and motivation

you can exercise more the day after or just try to eat healthy food instead of junk food , remember you are not dieting you are changing your life style so go and try new healthy food just do't give up keep trying it won't happen in one day
