Forgot to add that this was back in 2010. I am on the depo shot now and everyone I know that is on depo doesnt have a cycle and before I started working our regularly and losing in January I wasnt having a cycle, now I have one (very light) maybe once every 3-4 months...

Look for Premier Protein. It has a good amount of protein, low carbs, lower calories and very low sugar! When I make mine I use a scoop of chocolate protein powder almond milk, a banana and a little peanut butter and throw it all in the blender. I usually freeze my bananas so that its more like a milk shake consistency.

I started at 223 and lost 10 lbs in my first month. At 5 months in I was down 40 lbs and will be very close to hitting 50 lbs lost when i hit 6 months (i should hit 50 lbs at 6 months but i dont want to jinx myself!)

I pay monthly and committed to 1 year. I train 3x a week for 45 minutes each session and I pay $355 for the month. The prices for 3x a week 45 minute sessions for a 6 month commitment was $400 a month. Im in Conway/Myrtle Beach SC area.

I weigh every morning for the same reason, mostly to keep on track and i too can tell if i have not had enough water/too much sodium. I only log my weight at the beginning of the month when we have our monthly weigh in at the gym. Unfortunately the scale at the gym needs to be replaced and is always at least 2 lbs heavier…

If you HRM has a chest strap it will be way more accurate than just the watch type... And I agree Polar is amazing! I always have to remember to check the weight that was input into my HRM everytime I use it because when I forget then my calorie burn isnt as accurate being that the weight wasnt correct.
