I have since updated my starting weight and ticker to reflect my total weight loss journey. I need to get an updated picture of myself. Continuing to watch my diet and getting a new photo are just some of my goals.

Lunch time go to meal is tuna 2.6 oz. package, red grapefruit, carrots and water. The tuna is so easy to pack in my lunch and it's yummy!

The food diary on MFP is a big help! I have used it for two months now. Every meal,every snack,exercise and water is all recorded. I think that has helped me so much. I think sometimes our loved ones don't like it when we succeed or do something for ourselves. My husband has downloaded mfb on his phone and says he will start tomorrow. We will see. Keep going. This has been a great tool for me to track what I eat and my exercise. Do this for you!

It really helps to log everything you eat. I hold myself accountable for every bite or drink. It was no wonder that I hadn't been able to lose weight. I was overeating!

Sounds like me! Since beginning MFP I have been reading more labels and those booze calories really add up! I won't waste one calorie on booze!

I sure do! I want to know calories, protein and fiber in everything I eat. Carbs from natural sources are fine, but I don't want added carbs. I probably make my husband crazy with my label reading but thats the way it goes!
