I'm new to this as well but what has helped me is: adding flax seeds to food, drinking protein skates and eating more nuts & seeds. Don't be discouraged we are here to support you. Also I don't know how many times a day you eat but I eat every 3 hours. I plan is set up for at least 5 meals/snacks a day. I hope this helps.

I am eating close to my 1480 a day and I don't feel like crap after my workout. I am not hungry and I actually feel wonderful. I do eat 5 times a day but I will try to add nuts and cheese or something that is not a large amount but has a large amount a calories.

I used sedentary because I sit most of the day at work (10 hours) But I also included working out 3x a week 45 minutes. I added you. I am 34 and I wand to lose 50 pounds. I know I can do it and so can you. I have been walking everyday 2.6miles and I have a mini cycle under my desk at work and I use it when I am not busy. I have been able to cycle about 30 minutes a day. I hope this helps.

When storing ground meat make sure to put in a freezer bag and make it as flat as possible. This does two things: save space in the freezer and when it is time to thaw out the new it thaws quickly.

If you are 5'10 you don't need to lose anymore weight. I am not sure why you want to be 105 if you are 5'10 but you should probably consult with your doctor before losing anymore weight. What are you doing to lose weight so quickly?

You have to eat live, healthy food. I know I have only been on this site for 1 day but I have lost 40 lbs in the past. Try to add a green drink to your diet and drink plenty of water. A calorie is not a calorie. You still need to feed your body with nutrients not just track calories.
