Hey everyone,

I'm starting over. I lost a lot of weight, but the past year or more I've been yo-yoing. I want to get to my goal weight, but it's been getting further away.

So, I'm back on MFP after a long break and I'd love some friends! I've just done my cardio and strength training and it's dull not having people to brag to! ;) Seriously, I'd love some pals on here to share the journey and all, see how others are doing, support and be supported.

    Good luck to you. Now that spring is here it will hopefully be easier to keep focused. I am doing this too. I also lost well, and have gradually gained most of it back again. You can brag to me when you do well, and I will do the same to you! I have sent you a friend request.
