I'm also 5'8. I was 185, now 169, and I'm aiming for around 140. I lost 6 lbs my first week and then nothing for the next 2 1/2 weeks. I got discouraged as well, but once I hit week 3 I did start losing again. I just started losing the 1 1/2 lbs a week I'm supposed to rather than the 6 lbs of water weight that wasn't real.…

Vitamins make me sick as well. I couldn't even take prenatal vitamins. My Dr. also told me to take 2 flinstones, and they don't make me sick at all.

That sounds really good. I'm going to try it today. I've actually never tried the greek yogurt, but if it can be a substitute for miracle whip, it's worth a shot:smile:

Unfortunately, it's pretty normal. My husband is in much better shape than I am (he's military), and it def. makes me jealous. I don't think he would ever cheat or anything, but I still get jealous. I just hide it. Try to give her more attention, and a little flattery goes a long way:)
