OK, I just could not get these. Need more practice! I did my 110 in regular squats and weighted squats (10lb dumbbells) instead.

SW: 178 CW: 168 GW for September: 163 UGW: 140 9/1 - 168 9/8 - 166 9/15 - 163 9/22 9/30 I've had a throat infection and haven't really been able to eat this week, so I don't think it's a genuine 3lb loss. Chances are I'll gain a bit next week, but I think that's OK.
