I just started something similar, through hundredpushups.com, a few days ago. I then decided to take on their 200 squat challenge and they make you take an initial test - If you do this, be careful! DON'T PUSH YOURSELF TOO FAR!! I did 45 and I couldn't walk properly and without pain even if I wanted to and this is day 3 of recuperation. I can't sit down without pain, among other things. It's getting in the way of my other exercises which would make me burn lots of calories. Just don't push yourself too far, especially at first since this is a new thing for your body and it needs to get used to it. Start small. That's all the advice I need to give. Good luck!0
