I feel like as I've gained weight, I used to be able to run in heels and when I weighed 50 lbs more, I couldn't wear them without tumbling. Wore 7 inch wedges yesterday with a nasty hip spasm and I could still walk normally.

I started doing Zumba in my house with YouTube on the TV. If you have a TV that can stream YouTube and a good amount of space in front for you to move, you can exercise with the videos on there.

I'm measuring everything, but even if I wasn't, I'm under eating 100-300 calories a day and I'm still eating enough to lose weight. I'm guessing the initial loss was water. Its still lost 5 lbs in a week! If I weigh more tomorrow, I'm going to be a bit frustrated.

try brown rice which has fiber and is more filling than regular white rice. Your body uses more energy digesting it and fills you up better.

If you're truly doing everything you can for weight loss, then you will see a change further down the line as long as you stick through it.
