Salty foods are not your friend right now. You can gain and lose 5 lbs from day to day due to water weight. Maybe check your nutrition when you log your foods, make sure you're being as accurate as possible and measure and weigh your foods.

That happened to me before. Try measuring your food. Also, maybe have your thyroid checked. Some women develop issues during and after pregnancy with their thyroid.

1330 is low for me and I'm still significantly overweight and tall. It's do-able, but you need to be smart about how much nutrition you're getting. I was really under-eating at one point and nearly fainted at work.

It's the water- keep at it for a while and you will see a difference. I always weigh more the morning after an intense workout.

Pick whatever time is best for you. Some people prefer in the mornings while others prefer the evenings. You don't want to be full, but you don't want to work out while fasting neither. Make sure to have a lean protein after your work out to help build muscle.

They don't shrink your stomach, but I think this person meant to say that it makes you get full with less food volume. That, I agree with. When I don't watch what I eat, I can put away an entire banquet. When I eat less for a long time, I get satisfied quicker with less food.

Thanks for all your other answers guys! It will look into physical therapy. I definitely will look into physical therapy. I would love to get rid of this pain instead of just easing the pain temporarily with my chiropractor.
