please help I always crave junk food and I play volleyball and we are always running and we lift weights 2 times a week including squats, bench press, deadlifts ect. And I'm trying to eat healthier and lose and tone my stomach but I had extra fat in my lower abdomen how can I lose it? I've been drinking green tea and I add organic honey for a sweeter taste.

Figure out how many calories you burn on average per day
Eat less than that.
There are some very helpful stickies at the top of the "getting started" board with more detailed instructions.0 -
You can't spot reduce, so just keep doing what you're doing and it will come. As far as the craving, make room in your allotment for a daily treat so you're not going without.0

How to stop your craving? Eat a little bit of junk food.
There's no point in depriving yourself of something you want, otherwise you're just going to binge and get in a state etc.
You can't spot reduce fat. So you just have to keep losing until you're happy with how your stomach looks. Drinking green tea won't help this.

drink water to feel satisfied or eat foods that satisfy your need for flavor, but that are healthier alternatives. Watch your portions.0

The more junk food you eat the more you will crave it. You must go cold turkey and just stop. Start eating healthy things that are tasty and some that will make you feel full. Apples always make me feel full, also certain energy bars do that for me, as well as oatmeal. Eat fruit and dried or toasted veggies for snacks. You will lose the craving for junk food. I was a junk food junkie... fast food.... lots of salt, lots of sugar. Right now, after a couple of months of going cold turkey, anything sugary or salty I have a total distaste for. I have gone from snacking on super salty potato chips on a daily basis, to salty roasted cashew nuts and roasted salty peanuts, to unsalted roasted cashews and peanuts, to totally raw cashews and peanuts. Really, all the previous stuff I don't like anymore, just the raw nuts. Haven't had fast food in over 3 months - although I have had food (such as a hamburger) from a local eatery (fresh local ingredients freshly made - these will have no artificial ingredients or msg or added sugars to get you craving more).0

cutting out foods i loved entirely is how i failed every time for the past decade.
learning to eat them in moderation, and plan for them has led to much success.
but to each their own.
