I eat bacon and eggs everyday at work for breakfast. I'm eating alot of salads topped with some meat to fill me up for lunch and sometimes leftovers. You can go in and manually adjust your ratios. That's what I did. :)

I have an Iphone4. I've only had it for a couple of months after having Android phones for a few years. While I love my Iphone, I don't have any complaints about the android market.

I use my c25k app on my phone as well as Runkeeper since I usually walk after the c25k is finished and it automatically shuts off. It has my height/weight/gps for speed-distance and gives me a calories burned, I know it's not 100% accurate, but it gives me an idea. I added an exercise on here for me to log "c25k, calories…

I've never had a gym membership, and I hate big equipment. (treadmills, ellipticals, etc), I get so bored. I have p90x, insanity, Turbo Jam, 30 Day shred, plus a few other random workout videos. Doesn't chewing gum burn calories? I guess I would log it if I was chewing more than 2 or so pieces a day? I never chew gum really, so I havent thought about it.

Type 1 is. But it's also an autoimmune disease. I really wish people would clarify between type 1 and type 2, instead of just saying "diabetes" because they are SOOOOO different.

Age doesn't matter with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Even though it USED to be called juvenile diabetes, anyone at any age can get type 1. Just trying to be a smartbutt, but throwing that out there. *My son and sister are both type 1*
