Thanks I'll definitely take a look.

I'm not gonna like, I'm slightly in love with you due to your name.
-
Thanks, I technically don't. I have 3 and a half stones to drop until my goal/ideal weight. But that number when compared to my body fat percentage means it's only lean mass left with just about 0% fat. This is pretty much impossible to achieve, nor do I want it. I'll reevaluate things after I've trimmed down to about…

I agree wholeheartedly with you on the weights part. Right now I'm lifting a little bit during the week. It's only for preservation of muscle but with no real aim of bulking. When I said I'll lift after dropping to my goal (or whatever my wording was, can't remember) I meant I'll put all my focus towards it. As for my…

I'm 5' 9, I eat 1200 calories one week and 1600 calories the next. Everyday I take one cod liver oil capsule, and sometimes vitamin pills. I eat mainly turkey meat. My carb intake contains only complex carbs, brown rice, oats, wheat bread. I also, eat a tonne of vegetables everyday.
-
I pretty much followed the phone app and that's it.
-
Variety's good. But I like the foods I'm eating. What kinda stuff do you eat for lunch?
-
Yeah, I'm pretty new. I've only been at it for 4 months. Lost 75lbs, average just over 4lbs per week. Reckon my restraint is bpretty good.
-
Also, I can have a footlong subway for lunch nearly everyday and be on 1200.
-
Exactly right. A lot of people change only the number of calories and not what types of foods they're consuming. So 1200 calories can be 1x KFC variety meal or 4lbs of turkey, veg and complex carbs.

My best friend told me yesterday that I look like I could be picked up and thrown by him. So that was an interesting one. Went from 6.5 stones heavier than him to 1 stone heavier.

I chucked all of my bigger sized stuff out. In my opinion, if it's there it's a little bit like a fall back plan. Also, if I've got rid of the stuff it's like I'm throwing away the past and making room for the future. Why hold onto things that belonged to the old you, the you that you felt you needed to change? I did hold…

That video was the one thing that got me thinking.

I started on the 21st of July. It's been 16 weeks. So far I've lost 5 stones or 70lbs. My biggest hurdles are the random weeks where very little or no weight has been lost.

....at what speed is the nearby pigeon flying?

Right now I'm classed as "Class I" obesity. I started out as Class III. My goal weight is in the overweight region. So in the future I aim to maintain "overweight". Depends on your build to be honest.

Subway club, on wheat. No cheese, not toasted, with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green peppers and pickles. Honey mustard dressing on top. Footlong.

WOW! THAT'S HIGH I'm gonna get a proper reading, and while I'm at it have my blood pressure and everything else checked.

Not really taken notice of how long it takes to increase heart rate, but my ecrease time has definitely went down.

You have really nice eyes

I want Suteki da ne from Final Fantasy 10. Viking Funeral with the ship and fire.

It's the same reason why you don't weigh yourself right after a meal. You want to weigh yourself and not what you're wearing. Don't know about you, but my jeans with belt are reasonably heavy, then there's the hoodie too.

Thanks. It's a little hard to believe. Have to get the pictures out now and again.

Yep, at the start you definitely feel hungry all the time, but as you go on you find alternative foods to eat that can keep you fuller for longer. It really takes determination to stick to it. After my workouts I sometimes end up taking a route that goes pass a greasy spoon kinda joint. The smell does make you want to eat…

To be honest, at your current weight burning a large number of calories isn't that difficult. I'm 242 right now. Swimming one hour of laps, moderate pace can burn almost 800 calories. 20 minutes of jogging burns 300. It can seem difficult, but you get used to it. ps I eat 1200 everyday too (almost, I have days where I go…

Basically, if you ate 2000 calories or net calories in that particular day, it gives you an estimate of how heavy you would be based on that figure (if you net that number of calories for the next 5 weeks). As to why it goes up, I'm guessing you ate more one day than you did the other. Also, if you've exercised before and…

Oh bar, I thought you meant like a number I keep within or something, I'm clearly needing sleep, not iron. I buy Pure Protein Bars, they have about 20g protein each and round about 200 kcals. I eat them before doing some kind of exercise.

Bar?
