Hi, just wondering, are there any people on here that do juicing? What kinda recipes do you use? Do you hace things like a "breakfast blend" or whatever?

Lowered resting heart rate
I've got questions that need answering. Before I started losing weight and getting fitter, my heart rate was 65 - 69, done a test today and it says 42 - 45. (I'm taking averages) Is this really good, or really bad?
Who wants to see a fat guy? ±30lbs
Even though this is getting posted on the success stories section I wouldn't cal it a success yet. BEFORE AFTER There's around 30lbs difference between the two pictures. Would have been an even better contrast in pictures, but I never thought of taking them until a month into my regime.
