  • I'm currently using the C25k app, but I don't know how much longer I'll be able to do it since I have bad knees. I also have an elliptical machine so I should try and use that more. Other than that I don't really exercise AND I have a desk job so I'm pretty sedentary. I need motivation to do more!
  • I struggle with being lazy and sticking with things. I'll do great through the week but then the weekend hits and I eat like crazy. Oh and the hubs doesn't care anything about losing weight (although he needs to) so not having him as a partner in all this kinda makes it more difficult.
  • Coffee first, then more coffee, then Quaker Apple Cinnamon Warm and Crunchy Granola with 1/4 cup of skim milk and a medium banana, oh and more coffee :drinker:
  • I'm in love with these new multi-grain pocket thin sandwich bread things. I'll fill it with lettuce, cucumber, turkey or chicken lunch meat, and low-fat cheese.   • I totally feel you on this. I've lost 50lbs over time but slacked off a lot during the holidays and gained some of it back. I'm finding it hard to get back that motivation and willpower that I used to have! What keeps me going is that I tell myself to only worry about today, and if I mess up, to get right back on the wagon…
