I'd Smack Myself If I Could!!

So, is it really that "hard" to stay on track or do I just give in to my temptations and lack of willpower that easily?!?



I am completely frustrated with everything right now. I feel as though in the ways of exercising I'm doing a great job, I'm sticking to my Jillian Michaels Workouts and actually enjoying it, but then, like today, I get home from work a bit later and pushed off the workout. Then because I pushed off working out, my eating went to ****!



I want and NEED to stop doing this! I really do want to see results and quickly but It seems like a huge struggle right now to balance home and work. How do you other working moms out there do it???

    I totally feel you on this. I've lost 50lbs over time but slacked off a lot during the holidays and gained some of it back. I'm finding it hard to get back that motivation and willpower that I used to have!

    What keeps me going is that I tell myself to only worry about today, and if I mess up, to get right back on the wagon again. It might take me a few times (well maybe a lot) of messing up, but I will get back to that determined and success driven woman I was before!
