I am on week 2 and do the program with a friend. He has received great benefits and has lost five pounds. I am trying to maintain weight and find that is has leaned me up a bit more.

I would get a massage. Great way to get mentally and physically relaxed before starting my fitness routine in 2013, But i wouldn't mind a new pair of running shoes. They would sure come in handy.

Wow it's awesome that you guys carry that in Sweden. I live in Canada and have never come across them. Maybe it is because the area I live in, we rarely receive snow. Looks like it would make running enjoyable.

Wow a great list of accomplishments! I am sure you can carry on and make even greater progress in to 2013. One thing that I am happy with this year is that I was able to come in to training most of the year with a positive mindset. It made all the workouts enjoyable and flow nicely.

I love all food! When I have so many choices of junk food and variety in the house, what ends up happening is that I tend to not eat it just because it is there. Well if I need to get close to my total of calories by the end of the day I add peanut butter. 2-3 tablespoons for me usually fills in the gap.

I drink it time to time because of the flavor. There are some decent flavors to chose from, but I take the multi vitamin if I really want the vitamins.
