My dad and I usually go out one night a week and then one breakfast on a weekend. I find that drinking a bit and eating a protein bar help cut back my tendency to binge eat or over eat my calories. However I'm willing to give my self a bit of a wobble on my calorie limit that night, usually by no more than 400.

I found that I bloat directly two weeks before I'm due probably because of ovulation. My weight skyrockets up by about three pounds and hovers there until after the entire cycle is over.
