I posted this over in the 100+ Lbs boards. In the last 28 days, I've lost a total of 11.6lbs. I've still got a long way to go to my GW and date. Start Weight: 251.8 lbs Week 2 Weeks 1 and 2 side-by-side. -7lbs. Week 2.5- 3 -9lbs Week 4/ Today (day 28)
So I'm about 3 weeks in, and down almost 9lbs, I took a starting photo (left) and a current photo (right). I've still got a long way to go but I'm on track for my goal of 100 lbs in 10 months.
