I have to admit that I didn't give any of the stretches or exercises much of a try... I did order orthotics through my doctor, which were fairly expensive, but they did the trick. When I'm wearing them, I have no pain. Good luck!

That's not 0 sodium, but it's a pretty small amount... Heck, the cup of skim milk that I use in my cereal every morning has 120 mg of sodium.

I've heard that if you drink enough diet coke, it will eat away at the parts that attach your body parts to each other, then they will detach and start to float. Once that happens, the weight of those organs/parts will no longer register on the scale, and you will instantly lose large amounts of weight,

I would be worried about being too heavy handed with forcing food choices on your kids. Educating them, and giving them access to good food is great. I love drinking water. However, now that I'm drinking 80-90oz per day, I feel like in the bathroom non-stop. Plus, I have an hour drive home from work, and can barely make it home most days. Must be another sign of getting older...

I never want to see a weight starting with a 3 again. I've been over 300 pounds (as high as 350 2 years ago) for the past 15 years. Now I'm finally down in the 270s, and hope I can eventually get down to about 200.
