Day 2 in the gym Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace, walking dog = 30 min, 138 cal Bicycling, 10-12 mph, light (cycling, biking, bike riding) = 20 min, 167 cal Elliptical Trainer = 15min, 188 cal Day 2 total = 493 Remaining = 3007 (started a day late, so will be making this up on other days)

I'm a day late as well :) Somehow this slipped by me. I am 38yo from Kansas. I am 5"7" and currently 184. My goal is to be at least 160 by my class reunion in October, although I felt the best when I was 145-150. I have lost 7 pounds already, but have a long way to go. I'm on my second 'official' day (I tested it a bit prior to committing to see if I could do it). I am finding that it is really easy and I'm not near as hungry as I thought I would be.
