My definition of a cheat day is a day where you eat whatever you want. I've tried cheat days, and they don't work too well for me. I usually retain water weight for a good 3-4 days after. I've read some other things online that say a cheat meal once a week is better than a whole day of cheating. I've found what works best…

Running is probably the easiest cardio workout there is. You just need some running shoes, and you're good to go! :) I've recently taken up mountain biking- so fun (just be sure to wear a helmet!) If you're not into that stuff, you can always check out your local gym for any fitness classes they may offer. My gym, LA…
