Chicken wings..Mmmmm that's what I'm having on my cheat day.

I make "healthy" wing on the bbq out of cut up chicken thighs and peri peri sauce.... they are my weakness too, but this way I can deal with my cravings!

Chips, salsa, and white cheese dip from one of our local Mexican places. I haven't "given them up" but they have so much sodium from the Mexican restaraunt that I love so dearly that they make me swell. So I try not to give in to them too often.

I never met a potatoe chip I did not like. Seriously, they say Chocolate is addictive! Not for me! Chips it is! I have gone from a bag every few days to about once a month. But That's only because I can't find my utimate favorite in the whole wide world except at undesirable gas stations, " Wise Onion and Garlic Potato chips! Yeah! But I will make substitutes quite easily too.

Mine is a drink - the starbucks frappucino (mocha) in the bottle that you can buy in convenience stores. :(

Get the light version in the small bottle and it is only 100 calories!!!

gosh, i definitely have more than one.
pizza, cheeseburgers, chinese (chow mein, fried almond chicken, eggrolls), baked goodies (muffins, brownies), frappes from starbucks (strawberries n cream), taco del sol burritos, cheap taco bell food... i really ate poorly
but! it's been a year and i still feel no need to have such things nor do i really miss them in my diet.
