Fried Catfish. We have a local diner that makes the absolute best fried catfish chunks, and have an all you can eat Catfish Platter on Friday nights... it used to be my favorite night... last time I went, it made me nauseous after the 3rd chunk . Hooray progress!!0

Diet Coke.
I've managed to moderate everything but the Diet Coke. I'm addicted, I'll admit it.
Guess it could be worse...0 -

I have never "given up" any food(s)! I eat it all, but know my limits and am able to just have a *little* bit of whatever I want. If I restrict myself completely, I go crazy! BUT the one thing that has always been hardest for me to limit is any kind of pasta dish ... so now I save that for when we go out to eat (which isn't often, maybe twice a month!)0

-
specialty coffee drinks!! I've just moved to measuring out my sugar and using light soy milk instead. It really lowers the calories.0

Real pizza, garlic bread, and really good, crusty bread that is all squishy inside. I haven't "given them up" but have severely limited my intake. One piece of good bread could lead to many more.0

Without a doubt, my main weakness is bread. Bill Cosby once said, "An american can eat anything in the world as long as he has 2 slices of bread". That's me. I've tried all kinds of veggies and haven't found a single one I like. I'm a meat and potatoes (yeah it's a veggie but a starchy veggie) kinda guy. At least I'm doing whole grain and trying not to have bread with every meal and snack. Some days it works other days it doesn't.0

Im a dip and chip with a few beers kind of girl! I used to skip meals just to eat dips! I looooooved my Ranch Dip made from sour cream and the hidden valley ranch packets with tostitos!! Ive tried finding lower calorie or lower fat versions but they dont taste the same at all, they actually taste terrible! So i just dont buy the stuff anymore.. When i do it doesnt end well.. lol.. I still drink my micholeb ultra occasionally though because its low in calories!0

Agreed, bro. PIZZA. Pizza and wings man. Used to have it multiple times a week sometimes. Now its only once or twice a month if that.0

Mac & Cheese and Prime/Rib Eye .... my Achilles Heels0

Cheeeeeeese!
Oh, the power of Cheese!
The low fat ones are ok and sometimes stave off the cravings but they never satisfy like real cheese. I know I can work in a little cheese here and there, but I am a serious cheese *kitten* and there is never enough. It's like shrimp, not enough in the world. At least shrimp is a little healthier when its grilled or steamed without fat or sauce.0 -
Almond florentine cookies with mocha buttercream filling :O I work in a bakery!0
-
Chocolate chip cookies and mint chocolate chip ice cream.
I actually threw away a package of cookies that my mom bought the other day because the temptation was killing me.0 -
Food, hard to say, but I'm having trouble giving up beer...in fact, I just haven't.0
-
CHOCOLATE!!! :sad:0

I would have said pizza and beer. But waiting on test results and I may not be able to have either on a gluten
free diet. I hear they have gluten free beer but is probably expensive. I know they have gluten free pizza
crust. But I cant have dairy.
I was on a gluten free lactose free diet for a while... It was not much fun since most gluten free items contain lactose items. Good luck with that if you are not able to have gluten.0
