We are of similar build I'd imagine although I'd say I'm carrying around a lot more fat than you. I'm 6'3 and my TDEE is just over 3000 so I think yours would be quite similar. Grab a couple of whole grain breads with PB and that will easily put your calories up a few hundred.

According to http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ My bmr is 3132 calories a day, it's then suggested to lose weight I would reduce it by 500 calories a day which would end up 2632 calories a day. MFP suggests 1890 calories a day, which would I stick to??

If you use the food database up top it has it all listed so you can easily figure out how many calories the chicken and olive oil are.
